What if there’s a problem with something I received? If your order arrives damaged, or there’s another problem with what you received, email me gary@vintagespooky.com and let me know what happened, and I’ll work with you to make it right.

SHIPPING

How are the cutout decorations shipped? All decorations are shipped in a sturdy cardboard flat envelope mailer with a wooden dowel placed inside to prevent bending.

How are shipping costs calculated? You pay just a $5 flat rate shipping cost for the entire order.

When will my order ship? Between 1 to 3 business days. I will contact you if there is any unforeseen delay.

How long does shipping take? Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery typically takes 4–7 days after the order has been shipped. Tracking numbers are supplied. If a delay or issue with shipping occurs I’m here to help.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, please contact me at gary@vintagespooky.com and tell me which items you are interest in with the item quantities, let me know which country you would like it shipped to along with the postal code. I will then supply the shipping cost, if approved I will create a special listing for you to order from. Please note that the international shipping cost for my items are very high due to the fact that the items are shipped flat.
